Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how 74VPN handles relevant data while providing cross-border access, network acceleration, account management, and customer support. Data is processed to deliver the service, protect account security, handle orders, and improve site functions. Using the service means you have read this policy; if you disagree with it, stop using the relevant services.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
No email address is required during registration; a username and password are sufficient to create an account. Accordingly, this service does not make an email address a condition of account creation. The system stores the username, securely processed password credentials, account status, and subscription status for authentication, access control, and account management.
When an order is created, the system records the selected item, amount, payment status, creation and processing status, and necessary order identifiers. These records are used to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. Site analytics may include page paths, referring pages, browser type, device category, approximate region, feature clicks, and error information to determine whether pages work properly and improve user flows. Analytics are not used to build profiles of users' browsing content.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
74VPN follows a no-logs policy. This service does not record which websites users visit, store transmission content, DNS queries, or application communications, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct personal network activity. During a connection, the routing system may temporarily process technical information required to establish a session. This processing is limited to completing transmission, measuring traffic, identifying faults, and preventing service abuse; it is not used to track specific browsing activity.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The system therefore needs to maintain the remaining traffic and usage totals associated with an account, but these totals do not include visited websites, request content, or transmitted files. When users submit troubleshooting materials, support staff review only the information provided that is necessary to handle the ticket.
Cookies and Local Storage
The site may use necessary cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and session information. These data help maintain account sessions, restore page settings, and complete security checks. After cookies or local storage are cleared, users may need to log in again and reselect their preferences.
Identifiers needed for analytics are used only to summarize access trends, identify page errors, and analyze feature usage. 74VPN does not use necessary storage to create cross-site advertising profiles, and does not require users to grant browser permissions unrelated to the service.
Payment Processing and Third-Party Services
This service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party payment systems, whose data practices are governed by their respective terms and privacy rules. 74VPN generally receives payment results, order identifiers, amounts, and necessary status information to confirm transactions and deliver subscriptions; payment credentials and complete third-party account details are handled by the payment providers.
To complete routing, site analytics, and infrastructure maintenance, necessary data may be processed by service providers performing the relevant technical functions. Such processing is limited to what is needed for the specific function and is subject to applicable contracts, security measures, and legal requirements.
Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order records are kept for the period needed to complete financial reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Analytics and technical error information are retained for a reasonable period required for their statistical and maintenance purposes, then deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot be linked to a specific account.
Users may submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the ticket function in the user panel. After an account is deleted, data unrelated to ongoing service delivery will be removed according to the applicable process; order or dispute records that must be retained by law may remain until the relevant obligation ends. To prevent someone else from acting on a user's behalf, account control may need to be verified before a request is processed.
This policy may be updated as service functions, data practices, or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month shown at the top will be adjusted accordingly. When there are significant changes to data processing, the site will provide an explanation through the account panel or a page notice.
