Service Scope and Applicability
74VPN provides cross-border access and network acceleration across 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan activation, subscription access, client connections, and route switching. Connection results may vary by location, network conditions, and destination website.
Users must provide a device with working internet access and a basic network connection, then follow the Quick Start page or user panel instructions to complete configuration. Third-party websites, applications, and content services are operated by their respective providers. Their access rules, account status, and content availability are outside 74VPN’s control.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their credentials and are responsible for connections, plan actions, and activity under their account. There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but each account and subscription is for reasonable use by the account holder only and may not be made public, rented, resold, lent, or shared with third parties.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month including 60GB, ¥18/month including 250GB, and ¥28/month including 500GB; traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, available until used and never expiring. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
Users may not copy, split, or distribute subscription information commercially. Users are responsible for abnormal use, traffic consumption, or account risks caused by voluntarily exposing their credentials.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region. Routes must not be used to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, conduct malicious attacks, disrupt network facilities, or engage in other unlawful activity. Users must also follow the service rules of the websites and applications they access.
If activity materially affects routes, systems, or other users, 74VPN may take necessary measures, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts. 74VPN may also cooperate with legally authorized institutions responding to lawful requests.
Availability and Liability
74VPN works to maintain the normal operation of its website, user panel, clients, and international routes. However, routing changes, carrier failures, device or environment changes, third-party service updates, and necessary maintenance may affect connections. The service does not promise continuous availability for any specific website, region, or period.
Users should select routes according to their needs and keep local copies of important materials. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 74VPN is not liable for indirect losses arising from interruptions, delays, or third-party content changes beyond its reasonable control. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected by this section.
Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions in the user panel. If an account is resold, credentials are exposed, the service is used unlawfully, route resources are consumed maliciously, system operation is disrupted, or these terms are seriously violated, 74VPN may suspend related connections or terminate the account.
Before taking action, 74VPN will assess the nature of the conduct, its impact, and whether it can be remedied. After account termination, provisions concerning privacy, security, dispute resolution, and legally required retention remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
74VPN may update these terms when services change, laws require it, or security management calls for it. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund conditions and application procedures are governed by the separate Refund Policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.
